DeLoria has been a partner of the firm since 1995.  Kristina M. Hofmann has been a partner of the firm since 2014.  Richard A. DeLoria was welcomed as a partner in November 2025.  DeLoria & Hofmann LLP continues as a boutique general practice law firm, delivering a broad range of legal services to individuals, companies, and institutions.  The firm formerly known as Payne & Hodous, L.L.P., was founded in 1992 by Frederick W. Payne and Robert P. Hodous.  Robert P. Hodous retired at the end of 2019 and Frederick W. Payne retired from the firm at the end of April 2023.
